खातेदारांनी Inoperative account व Uncliamed deposit बाबतच्या प्रोसिजरकरीता शाखा मॅनेजर यांच्याकडे संपर्क करावा

The amount in accounts that have been lying dormant for 10 or more years is credited to Depositor Education & Awareness Fund (DEAF). The said account holders can now claim their respective unclaimed deposits.   Such account holders must visit their nearest branch and collect the forms for the same or simply click here to download the same. :


The dormant account holders must submit the following self-attested documents with the form:

  • •Recent Passport Sized Photo
  • •PAN Card
  • •Aadhar Card
  • •Passbook

As per RBI's guidelines, banks are advised to display the list of unclaimed deposits/ inoperative accounts which are inoperative for ten years or more on bank's website and keep updating at regular intervals.
You can search for details of unclaimed deposit by providing your name in the 'search box' given below and If your name and address is matching with the data available in the search results, kindly approach the concerned branch for revival / refund of the deposit with necessary documents as proof of deposit.
In case of death of account holder, Nominee (or legal heir in case of non- individual account) should visit the home branch for further procedure.
